Most everyone will agree that the best source of new business is a referral from a previous customer. Why? Because the referral customer already put you over the hump to establishing trust and confidence with the prospect before you even meet.
That process is too random and inefficient to count on for building your business every day. However, if you can let every new prospect see what your past customers have said about you, and show them the work you have done, it is very close to a direct referral.
