Honeydo Hints/ Responding to Tasks

This is the heart of the honeydo.com process. You get to see all the tasks that are posted for your chosen services you provide. You can choose to respond to any or all of the tasks based on your schedule and how much more work you want to go after.

You should review all tasks that are sent to you and respond to as many as you can within your schedule constraints. The more tasks you respond to the more business you have the chance to get. Whether you respond to 1 task a week or 100 your cost with honeydo is the same.

The speed and quality of your response is very important. If the user did not provide enough information, take a minute to let them know what information you need to be able to give them a quality response. This lets the user know that you are all about getting it right before you start. Speed is important because the first responders have a great chance of getting the work. (Assuming you have a good profile as well)!

Finally, take the time to write a sentence or two in your response about why you feel you are best suited for the work. Pretend you are always answering the prospective customer question "Why should I pick you?"

If you choose not to respond to a task, the person posting the task does not have any way of knowing. Unlike phone messages that you don't answer, you won't get a black mark if you are too busy, or the job is too far away etc.
